We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Enfield. This pivotal role involves working collaboratively with various agencies to assess and respond to the needs of vulnerable adults in our community. You will play a vital part in safeguarding individuals at risk, ensuring their well-being and providing appropriate support services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
  • Collaborating with partner agencies, including health services, housing, and law enforcement, to develop integrated support plans.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding practices and legislation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and team cohesion.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly within safeguarding and multi-agency settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
