  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in assessing and supporting vulnerable adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
