This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable social worker who enjoys working at pace, influencing practice and contributing to service redesign while keeping the person at the centre of everything you do.

The Role

As part of the Transformation Team, you will:
  • Support and deliver service improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Work collaboratively across teams to embed new ways of working
  • Manage complex adults social care cases in line with statutory duties
  • Apply strengths-based practice to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes
  • Contribute to shaping future service delivery across the council

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Adults Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
  • Experience within Adult Social Care, ideally within change or improvement-focused teams
  • Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel both inside and outside the area as required
  • Confident, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to attend the office 2-3 days per week
