To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A valid Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in social work practice, particularly within community settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
