The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker status (Social Work England registration).
  • A relevant degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in adult mental health, preferably within a social work context.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a diverse caseload.
