Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of families? We are seeking a Family Safeguarding Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Cambridgeshire. In this role, you will work closely with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children, promoting positive outcomes through intervention and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by families. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them to access resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.To be considered for this position, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should have:
Experience in child protection and family safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
