As a Children's Social Worker within the Early Help Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, identifying risks, and developing tailored support plans. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure holistic support is provided. Conducting regular reviews of progress and adapting plans as necessary to meet changing needs. Providing guidance and support to families to empower them in overcoming challenges. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local authority guidelines.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in working with children and families, particularly in early intervention settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families.
