We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CP - Sr. SW for a position in Stockton on Tees within the Qualified Social Work field. As a Senior Social Worker in Child Protection, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Undertake complex assessments of children and families, identifying risks and protective factors
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Provide expert advice and support to less experienced social workers
• Participate in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews
• Conduct home visits and engage with children, families, and relevant stakeholders

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification
• Registered with Social Work England
• Demonstrated experience in Child Protection and safeguarding
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
• Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills
