We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our CWD Team in Stockton on Tees. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children with disabilities and their families, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Key responsibilities and duties include:
