To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in children and family services, with a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
