To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding, preferably within a MASH environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
