  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).

  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in family support or safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
