To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children's social work, including direct work with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to child welfare and safeguarding.
