We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced North Lincoln - Adults Mental Health Social Worker to join our team on a temporary basis, offering a competitive rate of £35 per hour. As a Qualified Social Worker specializing in mental health, you will play a crucial role in providing support and interventions to adults facing mental health challenges in the North Lincoln area.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs and developing care plans. Providing therapeutic interventions and support to promote recovery and well-being. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to ensure holistic care. Participating in safeguarding procedures and risk assessments to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and progress.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in mental health settings. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Demonstrated knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals with mental health issues Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support Advocating for clients and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments Providing crisis intervention and support during times of acute mental health distress
