  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and frameworks related to children's social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families.
  • Experience in working with children and families in a social work context, preferably within a CIN team.
