  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
  • Participating in case conferences and meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.
  • Providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues and students.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant Social Work degree and current Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly within assessment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
