  • Responding to urgent referrals and safeguarding concerns, conducting assessments in high-pressure situations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in a social work role, particularly in child protection or adult safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable populations.
