Join our dedicated Children In Care Team in Nottingham City as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in a hybrid working environment. We are seeking passionate professionals who are committed to advocating for vulnerable children and ensuring their safety and well-being.

As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care. Working collaboratively with families, children, and external agencies to provide support and guidance. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care, ensuring their needs are met. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
