Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in crisis situations. Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize the safety and welfare of children. Providing supervision and support to less experienced social workers, fostering their professional development. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.To be successful in this role, you will need:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
