We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner in Adult Safeguarding to join our team in Somerset. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable adults, conducting assessments, and providing support to individuals in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Lead complex safeguarding investigations and assessments
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with service users and their families
  • Provide expert advice and support to social work colleagues
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate interventions are in place

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
