  • Pay rate £30ph

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

Hospital Discharge to Assess Team based at Manchester Royal Infirmary. Candidates should have HDTA experience and be confident in care act and capacity assessments, best interest assessments & Safeguarding and be willing to work with NHS colleagues

8 - 3:30pm in the office, Flexible working from home. 2-3 days per week, in the office, Rest WFH, based on rota Weekend working 1 in 6, Saturday based at MRI and Sunday at Gorton Hub

Parking available on streets nearby hospital or paid parking available.
