As a Qualified Social Worker in our Child Protection Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to support children in need of protection. Working collaboratively with families, multi-agency partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local policies. Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony as required.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
