We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Westminster - SSW - AMHP to join our team in the Qualified Social Work field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of critical duties to support and safeguard vulnerable individuals in our community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and making decisions under the Mental Health Act
  • Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies
  • Participating in safeguarding procedures and risk management

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with AMHP qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health social work and AMHP duties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make complex decisions

In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, candidates with experience working in a similar role within Westminster or a similar setting will be highly desirable. The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £40 per hour and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need.
