We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Westminster Adults Hospital. As a key member of the Qualified Social Work field, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to patients and their families during their time at the hospital.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments to determine patients' needs and develop care plans
  • Providing counseling and emotional support to patients and their families

Essential qualifications and skills:
