We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Lewisham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting adults facing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to lead fulfilling lives. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and review care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults in a mental health setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a varied caseload.
