  • Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, foster carers, and other professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in fostering practices.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a fostering or child protection setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
