The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Locality Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of adults within our vibrant community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults’ needs and risks, ensuring a person-centered approach. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality or community setting. Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.
