The London Borough of Havering is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Safeguarding Team. To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in safeguarding practices and a thorough understanding of child protection legislation.
