Social Worker - Duty & Assessment Team - Northamptonshire

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • A strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Proven experience in assessment and intervention, preferably within a statutory setting.
