Join our Duty & Assessment Team in Northamptonshire, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable individuals and ensuring their well-being. In this dynamic position, you will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with various stakeholders to provide the best support possible.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and risk evaluations for children and families in need. Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including education, health, and community services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring access to necessary resources.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. A strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
