Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and investigations regarding child welfare concerns. Developing and implementing child protection plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their needs are met. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to enhance professional development.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a statutory setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
