We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Walsall, focusing on Mental Health services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and intervention to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs of service users Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute mental health distress Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care Advocating for service users to access appropriate resources and services

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker status with relevant certifications Experience working within the field of mental health, ideally within a similar setting Strong assessment and case management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations

Additional requirements for this role may include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for home visits.
