We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's PM for our Assessment & Support Team at The Royal Borough of Greenwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and support services for children and families in need within the borough.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing support plans to address identified needs and promote positive outcomes Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support to children and families Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Ensuring all work is in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working within a children's social care setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
