We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated PERM Children's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and families in the area.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and investigations into child protection concerns Developing and implementing care plans to support children and families Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Attending court hearings and providing evidence as required Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure ongoing safeguarding

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Strong understanding of child protection procedures and legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
