Join our dedicated Children's Safeguarding Team in Northamptonshire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and families in our community. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload of children in need, ensuring timely interventions and support. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with policy and legislation.To be considered for this role, you must possess:
A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
