  • Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they are engaged in the process.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
