Qualified Social Worker (QSW)

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals in both community and hospital settings.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered to and promoting the welfare of individuals.
- Providing ongoing support and advocacy for service users to facilitate their independence.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority policies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar setting.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
