To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Active registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly within community settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with service users.
