Join our dedicated Adults Mental Health Team in Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. In this rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality support and interventions. Your expertise will help empower individuals to achieve their personal goals and enhance their well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' mental health needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals, ensuring their voices are heard. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate effective care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience working in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
