  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Providing expert advice and support to social workers and other professionals involved in child welfare.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines in all aspects of your work.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience working within children's services, particularly in a reviewing or advocacy role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation and policies affecting children in care.
