We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Southwark. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support to children and their families. You will also be responsible for managing a caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of child protection legislation and best practices in social work. Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
