- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social work, with a strong understanding of safeguarding and mental capacity legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
