As a Qualified Social Worker in our LD Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing support and advocacy to ensure individuals can access necessary services and resources.
  • Conducting reviews and monitoring progress, adjusting support plans as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with local policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or similar client groups.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with service users and stakeholders.
