The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly with looked after children.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child welfare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Proficient in assessment and analytical skills, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
