Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in adult social care, preferably within a community setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
