Buckinghamshire- Social Worker- Help & Protection Team (Aylesbury)
Join our dedicated Help & Protection Team in Aylesbury as a Social Worker and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

- Monitoring progress and reviewing cases regularly to adapt plans as necessary.
- Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources.
- Working closely with partner agencies to promote the welfare of children and ensure effective safeguarding practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
