Assessment Social Worker - Up to £36 p/h Umb | Nottinghamshire
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessment Social Worker to join our team in Nottinghamshire. This role offers an attractive rate of up to £36 per hour (Umbrella) and provides an opportunity to make a significant impact within the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of vulnerable individuals and families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
- Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national standards.
- Working closely with multi-agency teams to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in assessment and case management within a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- A sound understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
