  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local policies and legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a children and families social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
