As a Qualified Social Worker in our Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ mental health needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing ongoing support and intervention to individuals experiencing mental health issues.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in mental health social work, preferably within a community setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service users.
- A thorough understanding of mental health legislation and safeguarding policies.
