The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker status with a relevant degree and registration.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in Child Protection and Family Support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
